Shipping policy

Shipping Conditions;:

We deliver our products domestically (within Germany) and to the following countries: EU member states, Switzerland, Israel, Norway, United Kingdom (UK) and Canada.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs based on order value (gross value of goods):

- Value of goods up to 50 € = 6,90 €
- Value of goods over 50 € = shipping free of charge

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs to any country outside of Germany according to  parcel weight:

EU MEMBER STATES:
up to 2 kg = 10,80 €
from 2 kg and up to 5 kg = 17,00 €
above 5 kg = 22,00 €

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:

up to 2 kg = 14,25 €
from 2 kg and up to 5 kg = 22,00 €
above 5 kg = 29,00 €

Terms of delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place within 2 - 4 working days within Germany and in the case of foreign deliveries within 2 - 8 working days after the conclusion of the contract. In general, the standard run time for parcels published by Deutsche Post/DHL to the respective receiving country will apply.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
